Clark Chu

Bio

Clark is the Deputy General Counsel of OrbiMed and joined the firm in 2021. Clark has over 12 years of experience practicing as a corporate and securities attorney, previously at Cooley LLP in the Venture Capital, Capital Markets, and Public Companies practice groups from 2013 to 2021. Prior to Cooley LLP, he was an attorney at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. Clark received a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of the office, Clark is very busy being a dad to three young children, and when he has extra time, he will sneak in minutes listening to sci-fi audio books or catching up on his favorite TV shows and streaming movies.
