Bio

Scot is a General Partner and joined OrbiMed in 2005. He is responsible for the firm’s trading efforts across all business units, regions, and products. Prior to OrbiMed, Scot was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co., responsible for stock and derivatives trading for healthcare hedge fund investors globally. He received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside the office, Scot can be found pursuing the hobbies of his four children and serving on several charitable boards.
