Bio

Andy joined the firm in 1998 and is the Chief Risk Officer at OrbiMed. He is the head of portfolio and performance analytics. Andy was previously a Senior Director at OrbiMed focusing on equity trading and operations. Andy began his career as a Research Associate at OrbiMed’s predecessor firm, Mehta and Isaly. He graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a B.S. in Chemistry and magna cum laude from Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.E. in Chemical Engineering. Andy received the CFA charter in 2001 and the CIPM designation in 2014.
