Alexander M. Cooper, J.D., joined OrbiMed in 2010 as the General Counsel. Mr. Cooper previously worked at Goldman Sachs from 2003 to 2010, serving as counsel primarily in the Asset Management business and also in the Corporate Governance group. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell in the Investment Management Group and Litigation Department. Mr. Cooper received his J.D. from Yale Law School, as well as an M.Phil. from Oxford University and an A.B., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Brown University.

Eric Bittelman, CPA, joined OrbiMed in 2000 as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bittelman previously worked at Ernst Young from 1992 to 2000, where he was responsible for performing attestation, tax and business advisory services to some of the largest hedge fund and asset management firms worldwide. Prior to employment at Ernst & Young, he worked for Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company and Chemical Bank in their controller divisions. Mr. Bittelman received his B.A. from S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook and his M.B.A. from Baruch College.

Donald Bennett, CPA, joined OrbiMed in 2003 as the Controller. Mr. Bennett previously worked at Joel E. Sammet & Co., where he provided extensive audit and tax services for a broad base of clients in the investment advisory and insurance industries. Prior to employment at Joel E. Sammet & Co., he worked for E.F. Hutton. Mr. Bennett received his B.A. from St. Johns University.

Kerrie Swingle joined OrbiMed in 2006 as Director of Investor Services. She has previous investor relations experience from HSBC, Seligman and Alliance Capital. Ms. Swingle has a B.A. in Biology from Drew University.

Mohammad Ayach joined OrbiMed in 2007 as a Technology Officer. Mr. Ayach was previously a Manager of Implementation Services at Charles River Development. Prior to employment at Charles River Development, he served as Chief Software Architect at MasterCard International's Global Technology Services division while concurrently attending the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to MasterCard, Mr. Ayach held senior financial technology appointments at Scottrade Financial Services, GlobeOp Financial Services, and NYFIX. Mr. Ayach completed a B.S. in Mathematics at Stony Brook University.

Daniel Rhee joined OrbiMed in 2007 as a Technology Officer. Mr. Rhee previously worked at Gravitas Technology, Inc., a technology outsourcing provider to the financial services industry, where he headed the management of operations in Support Services. Prior to Gravitas Technology, he was a Technology/CSA Manager at Richard Fleischman & Associates, Inc., a premier technology integrator servicing over 100+ hedge fund/private equity clients in the metropolitan New York City area. Mr. Rhee received his B.S. degree magna cum laude in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University, while also serving on active duty in the United States Navy, and is a veteran of the second Gulf War.

Emily Fung joined OrbiMed in 2009 as an Accounting Associate. Ms. Fung previously worked at Ernst and Young where she audited insurance companies. She graduated from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis with a BSBA in Accounting and Finance.
